For instance, qualified security professionals can advance from Correctional Officer to Senior Correctional Officer, Unit Manager, Assistant Shift Supervisor, Shift Supervisor, Chief of Security, Assistant Warden and, ultimately, to Warden.

Other career opportunities are also available. CCA employs teachers to provide basic education, GED preparatory courses, and vocational training for inmates. Also, our counselors help prepare inmates for successful readjustment into society upon their release through addictions treatment and psychological counseling.
