Warden: Charlotte Collins
Charlotte Collins was named warden at CCA's Elizabeth Detention Center in April 2005. Previously, Collins served as assistant warden at Elizabeth and program manager and chief of unit classification at Bartlett State Jail. She joined CCA in 1989 at Venus Pre-Release Center after serving four years with the Texas Department of Criminal Justice as a correctional officer and correctional counselor.

Visitation Rules:
Picture Identification required. EDC upholds a moderate conservative dress code: no revealing, torn, overly tight, or inappropriate clothing allowed. Also, due to space restrictions, visitors may be limited to one at a time. Please note: security concerns may limit or prohibit visitation.
