Warden: Brian Koehn
Brian Koehn was named warden of Florence Correctional Center in August of 2010. Prior to FCC, Koehn served as warden at Metro-Davidson County Detention Center and as director of security at the Facility Support Center. He began his career at CCA as a sergeant at Prairie Correctional Facility where he promoted through the ranks as assistant shift supervisor, SORT commander, and training manager. Keohn transferred to Northeast Ohio Correctional Center as assistant warden of operations and then to Idaho Correctional Facility as assistant warden of operations, program and operational support. Koehn spent 16 years serving the military in the U. S. Marine, Marine Reservist and Minnesota/Ohio National Guardsman.

The visitation schedule is subject to change or restrictions implemented. All visitors must be approved prior to visitation. Visitors must follow posted visitation rules. Violation of these rules may result in the termination of visitation privileges. Special visitation must be approved by the Chief of Security.
Visitation Rules:
All visitors must adhere to the following:
Proper attire is mandatory. Visitors shall wear clothing that is not unduly suggestive, not similar in color or design of inmate attire, and does not create a security hazard. The Front Lobby Officer and/or the Visitation Officer will have the authority to deny or terminate any visit based on inappropriate dress. Dresses, skirts, jumpers, culottes, shorts, skorts, and pants will not be worn more than two (2) inches above the knee. Wrap around skirts will not be allowed. Halter dresses, halter tops, tube tops, or attire will plunging/low-cut necklines will not be allowed. Sleeveless tops or dresses may be allowed unless the sleeve hole is large enough to show an undue amount of skin or underwear. See-through, shear fabric, or loose weave material will not be permitted. Hats must be left outside of the main visitation area. Visitors will be required to wear footwear. Outer garments such as raincoats or jackets must be secured in the front lobby. Any clothing, hairstyle, insignias, or other paraphernalia associated with gangs will not be tolerated.
All visits must be on the inmate's approved visitation list. A maximum total of five (5) persons (adult and children) will be allowed at any one time per inmate. No visitor under the age of sixteen (16) will be allowed without an adult. All visitors over the age of sixteen (16) will be required to show a current photo I.D. A drivers license, passport, employee identification card, military identification card, student body card, or other government issued I.D. is acceptable. Visitors shall not possess or carry onto the facility grounds any explosive device, firearms, ammunitions, alcoholic beverages, narcotics, illegal drugs, or any object/material which may be used to compromise the safety and security of the facility. In addition, no cellular phones, pagers, electronic games or devices, tobacco products will be allowed in the facility. A Debit Tech machine is available at the front lobby. Visitors may purchase up to a maximum of $50.00 to be added to the card for use on the vending machines. Any balances left after 6 months will be lost and non-refundable. A maximum of $10.00 in quarters will be allowed in the visitation area to purchases photos.
A particular visit can be denied or terminated if; the visitor is under the influence of drugs or alcohol; the visitor refuses or fails to produce sufficient identification or falsifies identifying information; reasonable suspicion exists that the security and order of the facility may be endangered by the visitor; the visitor or inmate becomes disruptive during the visit causing the order of the facility to be endangered; the visitor refuses to submit to a pat or scanning search; the visitor is in violation of the facility visiting rules or regulations; or for insufficient space.

From Phoenix: I-10 East to Hwy 60 East exit. Drive East approximately 30 miles to Hwy 79 exit. Drive South approximately 17 miles to the town of Florence. Turn left on Diversion Dam Road at the McDonald's restaurant. Drive approximately one mile to Bowling Road and turn left. Florence Correctional Center is approximately 1/2 mile north on the left side.
